之前,我哋一班好友喺呢間火鍋店食嘅時候,覺得佢哋嘅火焰麻辣雞煲好唔錯。嗰陣時唔敢即刻試,諗住留下次再嚟試下,於是今日我哋又嚟咗,嚟試下呢個麻辣煲。當服務員端上呢鍋紅彤彤嘅湯底時,香辣嘅氣息瞬間瀰漫喺空氣中,令我哋都躍躍欲試。入面嘅雞肉沾滿咗香辣湯汁,每一口都感受到辣椒嘅火熱,雞肉本身又好嫩滑,對我嚟講有啲辣,但食得好過癮。為咗搭配呢個濃烈嘅湯底,我哋點咗和牛肉。我哋放牛肉入鍋煮咗之後,每片牛肉都吸滿咗香辣嘅精華,咬落去肉汁四溢,仲感受到麻辣嘅刺激,真係欲罷不能。接著,仲點咗海鮮拼盤,入面有沙白、脆肉鯇片、虎蝦。其中我哋最鍾意嘅係佢哋嘅虎蝦,蝦肉質好緊實,仲帶住天然嘅甜味,配上辛辣嘅湯底,真係太正啦。佢哋嘅花枝片都好唔錯,咬嘅時候好Q彈,口感好爽脆,吸附湯汁後更加鮮美。另外我哋仲點咗佢哋嘅精品拼盤,入面有哈哈蝦中寶、黑松露手打鮮墨丸、竹笙墨魚滑。都非常好食,而我最鍾意嘅係墨魚丸,口感好豐富。另一份黑松露嘅料理——蟹籽魚麵,我都好鍾意。呢道面吸滿湯底嘅麻辣精華,每一口都帶住蟹籽嘅香氣,口感層次分明。最後嘅脆炸哈蝦餅,炸得金黃酥脆,好酥脆。不過我鍾意沾啲麻辣湯食,酥脆帶點麻辣味,好好食。呢餐,大家都食得好辣,但係非常好食。下次想食麻辣嘅時候可以再嚟。

又係一日busy day,我係公司忙碌咗成個morning,Lunch就決定同同事約埋去公司附近呢間hot pot,一邊吹水一邊enjoy hot pot lunch set,休息一下。睇咗下個Menu,Lunch Time時間有限,我哋主要點咗幾道classic食材先上枱嘅係沙嗲湯,花生香氣撲鼻而來,湯底嘅顏色一睇就知好濃郁,表面漂浮泛紅ge辣油,未開始就流口水haha放入牛肉係湯裏面滾咗一陣,牛肉片吸收咗沙嗲湯嘅香氣,肉片香嫩多汁,有微微嘅辛香wasabi嘅墨丸手工製丸子,食到墨魚嘅Q彈口感,帶有一絲芥末刺激感,清爽有驚喜bor菠菜豬肉餃都okayy ga,餃皮薄又柔韌,豬肉鮮嫩多汁x菠菜清香,口感豐富Hot Pot嘅氛圍就係適合同同事or老best一起share,呢度食物質素都唔錯架

從來未試過咁有特色嘅火鍋🍲仲有我最鍾意嘅芫荽,真係好鍾意呢度嘅火鍋,偶然聽朋友講起呢間雞煲餐廳,原來仲有火鍋食,抱住嘗試嘅心態就約咗女朋友嚟呢度食午餐,嚟一餐火鍋盛宴🌟芫荽湯入面仲有皮蛋佐料,湯底味道非常鮮濃☺️口味非常扎實,簡直就係我哋芫荽愛好者的天堂佢哋仲有各種高級嘅火鍋料,我哋隨性叫咗幾樣🌟西班牙黑豚真係極品中嘅極品🐖肉質非常滑嫩,仲有普通豬肉冇嘅香氣,油脂分布都幾均勻,最鍾意就係夾住同芫荽一齊食,味道真係一流🌟帶子同金針菇非常正🍄帶子嘅肉富有彈性,獨有嘅鮮味仲好襯芫荽湯底,非常好食🌟手打蝦丸亦都非常之正,可以食出蝦肉嘅鮮味,仲有丸子嘅彈牙,主要係口感真係好滑

前排喺觀塘搵到呢間主打食火鍋同雞煲嘅餐廳,睇住環境都唔錯,就book咗位帶屋企人嚟呢度食午餐。睇咗呢度嘅餐單,感覺特別多選擇,一時之間都唔知食咩好。最後決定要咗花膠湯底,然後仲要咗啲配料。花膠湯鍋睇落去湯色非常濃厚,仲有撲鼻嘅香味,非常惹味,感覺用嚟煮咩都好好食。我哋叫咗雪花牛、海鮮、雜菇。呢度嘅雪花肥牛特別靚,從肉質同色澤嚟睇,都係特別新鮮,尤其係吸收滿湯汁後,牛肉嘅口味更加豐富,花膠同牛肉真係好夾。佢哋嘅花膠湯嘅鮮香最適合用嚟配啲海鮮同雜菇一齊食,口味可以升華,令海鮮同菌菇類獨特嘅香氣更加濃厚。尤其我自己最鍾意佢哋嘅魚肉,非常新鮮之餘,肉質好軟,湯汁一下子就滲透入肉度,非常好食。我哋仲要咗一樽竹蔗茅根,非常解熱,飲咗好清涼。呢度嘅火鍋分量真係足,全家人嚟食都幾飽,絕對係極品。
