男朋友嘅家人約我一齊去食晚餐,啱啱好有空,就同佢哋一齊去米走雞live。男朋友一家人對呢間餐廳讚不絕口,令我覺得非常好奇。 佢哋叫咗皮蛋湯,聽落已經好特別。湯底清淡鮮美,完美帶出皮蛋獨有嘅香氣,食落仲有啲Q彈,仲加咗香茜,飲落更加香甜。牛肉片都好新鮮,擺得好似一座山,睇落好有食慾。而且牛肉片切得啱啱好,涮入湯底後,一口食落,鮮嫩十足,好爽!仲有男朋友媽媽叫嘅五拼餃子,好飽滿,食落好香軟,外皮又唔會太厚,每一口都充滿驚喜,真係好豐富。鵝腸同鴨血都好唔錯,新鮮無比,口感鮮嫩,尤其係吸收咗湯汁後,食材獨有嘅風味更加明顯,令人食到停唔到口。炸午餐肉一定唔可以錯過。雖然睇落好簡單,但係味道真係一流。外皮酥脆,內陷鬆軟多汁,食到好爽口,真係難以抗拒。我哋今日食嘅晚餐好豐盛,下次再嚟!

之前,我哋一班好友喺呢間火鍋店食嘅時候,覺得佢哋嘅火焰麻辣雞煲好唔錯。嗰陣時唔敢即刻試,諗住留下次再嚟試下,於是今日我哋又嚟咗,嚟試下呢個麻辣煲。當服務員端上呢鍋紅彤彤嘅湯底時,香辣嘅氣息瞬間瀰漫喺空氣中,令我哋都躍躍欲試。入面嘅雞肉沾滿咗香辣湯汁,每一口都感受到辣椒嘅火熱,雞肉本身又好嫩滑,對我嚟講有啲辣,但食得好過癮。為咗搭配呢個濃烈嘅湯底,我哋點咗和牛肉。我哋放牛肉入鍋煮咗之後,每片牛肉都吸滿咗香辣嘅精華,咬落去肉汁四溢,仲感受到麻辣嘅刺激,真係欲罷不能。接著,仲點咗海鮮拼盤,入面有沙白、脆肉鯇片、虎蝦。其中我哋最鍾意嘅係佢哋嘅虎蝦,蝦肉質好緊實,仲帶住天然嘅甜味,配上辛辣嘅湯底,真係太正啦。佢哋嘅花枝片都好唔錯,咬嘅時候好Q彈,口感好爽脆,吸附湯汁後更加鮮美。另外我哋仲點咗佢哋嘅精品拼盤,入面有哈哈蝦中寶、黑松露手打鮮墨丸、竹笙墨魚滑。都非常好食,而我最鍾意嘅係墨魚丸,口感好豐富。另一份黑松露嘅料理——蟹籽魚麵,我都好鍾意。呢道面吸滿湯底嘅麻辣精華,每一口都帶住蟹籽嘅香氣,口感層次分明。最後嘅脆炸哈蝦餅,炸得金黃酥脆,好酥脆。不過我鍾意沾啲麻辣湯食,酥脆帶點麻辣味,好好食。呢餐,大家都食得好辣,但係非常好食。下次想食麻辣嘅時候可以再嚟。
