今日開工大吉收咗工當然要同朋友食個開年飯先啦😂我哋兩個都想搵個地方靜靜地傾偈,於是就去咗昭和食堂,裝修係日式懷舊風,仲有好多日本既懷舊玩具裝飾,有種去左日本既感覺.雞大動脈 $70 一串第一次食雞大動脈,坊間比較少見。好好奇佢係咩味,係煙靭有肉嘅質感,朋友話似雞腎加鵝腸既口感,配埋秘製醬汁,又幾好食.蟹膏帆立貝 $88鯛魚燒既造型,其實佢係脆餅,中間夾住鮮甜既帆立貝同滿滿既蟹膏,每啖都食到鮮味,超滿足😌.燒白鱔 $68 一串白鱔有驚喜,燒到外皮香脆肉質滑嫩.流心蛋蝦薯仔沙律 $68食前可以將流心蛋切開,流心蛋同薯仔嘅組合又幾夾,薯仔口感綿密夾埋蝦肉,味道唔錯.雞皮唐揚 $68雞皮炸得脆口,一啖一塊好快比我食哂!.酒盗炒山藥 $58山藥口感爽脆,經過酒盗烹調後帶有微微既酒香同鹹鮮味.魷魚明太子卷 $88魷魚彈牙爽口,配埋鹹香微辣既明太子,兩者結合口感豐富.昭和海鮮卷 $228呢個真係超豐富勁足料!面頭有勁大舊海膽同呑拿魚蓉,中間捲住帶子、三文魚、吞拿魚等等,仲有三文魚子增加口感,每啖都好豪華.
