鄰近朗屏地鐵站的新食店,午市做日式定食,晚市則是串燒居酒屋。門口裝修走低調型格風,店内卻柔和簡樸,坐得舒適。這次用餐體驗有兩點值得推薦:1.  餐廳的食物性價比超高,免收加一,酒類及汽水等飲品都不貴。2.  餐廳的炸物高質,不覺油膩,廚師功力值得讚。柚子胡椒燒豬肋肉豬肋肉燒得剛剛好,肉質嫩,Juicy又爽口,柚子及胡椒味配搭好,減輕油膩感。我們二人一共吃了四串,大推!封門柳肉質嫩,牛味香濃,沒過多調味,只需加點鹽足以提升封門柳的惹味。薄牛肉車厘茄卷車厘茄新鮮、爽脆、多汁,薄牛肉燒得均勻,吃不到勒的部份,足見廚師的細心製作及技巧。脆炸雞軟骨粒雞軟骨炸得鬆脆但又不會過火,質感爽脆,是食過最好味的雞軟骨。炸紫菜米紙紫菜濃味又惹味。墨魚丸很彈牙,吃到有墨魚粒的口感。娃娃菜娃娃菜多汁,鮮甜,中和了其他肉類/炸物的油膩感。炸雞皮香脆惹味,每件雞皮不太大,讓我們很放心地淺嚐這款邪惡但美味可口的食物。炸雞翅焦糖生命多士很特別的名字,多士切成條狀,烘得脆脆的,灑滿焦糖,作為甜品很適合。
