櫻花蝦飯團兩食,呢個菜式又是令我大開眼界的,有兩件飯團加一碗湯,店員跟我們說首先可就咁食左一件飯團先,而另一件飯團便可放到湯中拌混來食。聽完後都覺得相當新奇。
飯團就咁食的感覺是外層都香香脆脆,中間有櫻花蝦的餡料,味道唔錯,好實在好有質感。

這次感覺特別的是雞皮,這個是原片炸是較少見的,。金黃色的賣相感覺吸引,口感酥脆不油膩,味道微辣惹味🤩。

遠道入到元朗,穿過街市窄巷,搵到一間日式餐廳–皊參木餐廳偏向日本特色風格,配以小貓作主題,款式亦相當多。賣相相當精緻,食起上來也要份外注重儀態。♥️鹽燒牛舌芯及紅酒汁煮牛舌粒牛舌芯肉質實在而爽口,不會過份咬至感到煙勒。牛舌芯配上少許鹽燒,帶出牛肉的鮮味。定食配有香口炸物,相當開胃。另配上黑松露蒸蛋,份量挺多,黑松露味道非常突出,與白飯一起進食,簡直是絕配。暖暖的麵豉湯配上蘿蔔絲,充滿飽肚口感。♥️卡樂B牛肉清湯稻庭風手打鳥冬起初真的以為有卡樂B,經過店員細心講解,原來是一個款式。的確牛肉相當幼嫩,味道鮮甜,配上順滑爽口的稻庭鳥冬。定食配有醬汁冬茹,經過餐廳獨有的烹調,冬茹口感軟熟,一咬落去,濃郁而甜甜的味道充斥口腔之中。♥️推薦大家必點朱古力,不會過分甜,味道剛剛好。

起初真的以為有卡樂B,經過店員細心講解,原來是一個款式。的確牛肉相當幼嫩,味道鮮甜,配上順滑爽口的稻庭鳥冬。定食配有醬汁冬茹,經過餐廳獨有的烹調,冬茹口感軟熟,一咬落去,濃郁而甜甜的味道充斥口腔之中。
