成日都要入元朗做野,係呢度都食過大大小小好多餐廳,今日發現有新野喎,主打日本菜串燒。入到黎,裝修好綠色,坐位好闊落。紅酒汁煮牛舌,角切上視覺幾好,唔會成塊咁,汁煮得夠入味。蜜汁冰鮮銀鱈魚,柔軟既魚肉,咬落去魚油浸岀黎,好滑好嫩。脆炸雞軟骨粒,金黃色既雞軟骨,又脆又香口。牛頸脊和翠玉瓜,燒得唔錯。豬腩片杏鮑菇卷,腩肉肉質爽口,杏鮑菇包係裡面咬落去,卜一聲,成個組合好有口感。仲有大蔥雞肉串,花枝丸焦糖生命多士,甜甜既砂糖和麵包產生化學作用,焦糖化既味道,好正!
