要不是和浸大的朋友商談一些事情,也不會知道原來浸大有一家連威靈頓牛柳也有提供,水準相當不錯的西餐廳,當然午市的時候就不會吃得如此豐盛,但就算是意粉也做得不馬虎,除了口感做到Al Dente,份量也夠多之外,最重要是配料不是很基本或常見的做法,辣肉腸香蒜意粉的蒜重比一般香蒜意粉更濃,辣肉腸的辣到剛剛好,而且煎腸出來的油也令意粉變得油亮,連蕃茄也是風乾過的,果酸味道更濃,味道配合的也不錯,作為學生飯堂味道已經超水準。A surprising find at Baptist University’s campus canteen – Western dishes like Beef Wellington and creative pastas shine. 今天晚上 ,我們搭地鐵去到九龍塘站落車 ;走了過去吳多泰博士國際中心地下Bistro NTT 晚飯。看了一看餐牌 ,我們叫了兩份晚餐套餐 。先來的是餐包 ,然後是凱撒沙律 、千層酥盒 、蟹黄蟹肉香蒜辣椒意粉、油封鴨脾意大利飯和两杯凍檸檬茶。千層酥盒的材料豐富,有蟹肉 、大蝦 、青口、 薯蓉, 海鮮鮮甜好味。蟹黄蟹肉香蒜辣椒意粉,香氣誘人,滋味濃厚。每一口都能感受到蟹肉的鮮甜和蟹黄的濃郁,配上香氣四溢的蒜和微辣的辣椒,產生絕妙的味覺饗宴。油封鴨脾意大利飯,真是一道讓人無法忘懷的美味佳餚。每一口米飯都融合了鴨脾的鮮美與香氣,入口即化。加上精心搭配的意式調味,令人回味無窮。
