要不是和浸大的朋友商談一些事情,也不會知道原來浸大有一家連威靈頓牛柳也有提供,水準相當不錯的西餐廳,當然午市的時候就不會吃得如此豐盛,但就算是意粉也做得不馬虎,除了口感做到Al Dente,份量也夠多之外,最重要是配料不是很基本或常見的做法,辣肉腸香蒜意粉的蒜重比一般香蒜意粉更濃,辣肉腸的辣到剛剛好,而且煎腸出來的油也令意粉變得油亮,連蕃茄也是風乾過的,果酸味道更濃,味道配合的也不錯,作為學生飯堂味道已經超水準。A surprising find at Baptist University’s campus canteen – Western dishes like Beef Wellington and creative pastas shine. 今日去左間隱世西餐廳,呢間餐廳係浸會大學入面,雖然位置唔方便,但有日碌IG見到佢做緊優惠,就即刻book左今晚去試下!我地叫左幾款菜式,每一道都好有特色。首先係酥炸雞翼配明太子蛋黃醬,外皮脆口,內裏多汁,加埋明太子蛋黃醬,味道一流。🍗😍 接住係明太子帶子意粉,帶子鮮甜,配埋意粉同明太子醬,真係不得了!鐘意食明太子既朋友唔好錯過啦!🤤🍝慢煮48小時美國頂級牛小排,肉質非常嫩滑,入口即溶,味道濃郁,完全體現出牛肉嘅原汁原味。🥩😋 最後嚟個甜品,有烏龍茶奶凍同伯爵茶奶凍,兩款都茶香撲鼻,奶凍口感滑溜,非常滿足。🍮🫖總括嚟講,呢間西餐廳雖然位置唔方便,但係食物質素高,環境舒適,係一個值得推薦嘅地方!👍 continue reading

我透過 OpenRice 訂位,並在備註欄中提到當晚是丈夫的生日,希望能在甜點碟上寫上「Happy Birthday」。餐廳經理非常細心地與我確認訂位時間,並暗示她知道我是那位有特殊需求的客人。她不斷用眼神與我交流,默默安排了蛋糕,以給丈夫一個驚喜。更令人感動的是,她在甜點碟上用威化卷和忌廉精心製作了一棵樹子樹,展現了她的用心和創意。餐廳職員對食客的細緻關懷讓我印象深刻。至於食物質素,更是毋庸置疑。我們點了二人套餐,餐前的小麵包熱騰騰的,每一口都如同品嚐到新鮮出爐的味道。南瓜湯的味道與忌廉融合得非常完美。南瓜的天然甜味與微酸感相得益彰,搭配忌廉的絲滑質地,使湯品在口中流轉時帶來如絲般的順滑感。作為前菜的蟹肉千層酥盒,層層酥皮清晰可見,每一層都恰到好處地保持著脆度。蟹肉的新鮮甜美在口中綻放,而酥皮則提供了完美的對比,使整體口感豐富而不油膩,展現了出色的平衡。明帶子手工意粉簡直無可挑剔。每條意粉都能完美裹住醬汁,醬汁中的飛魚子與忌廉交融出絕風味。意粉彈牙的口感搭配醬汁中的忌廉鮮香,特別是飛魚子的微鹹與忌廉的豐腴相交,使每一口都充滿層次感。這次用餐體驗超出了我的期待,每道菜品都展現了廚藝和對食材的尊重。我一定會再次光臨這家餐廳。 continue reading

呢到性價比極高,又好食,餐廳同事又好,每次食完又有得儲印仔,好快食滿又有野送,成日都好似有野送咁,所以真係好抵食!已經黎食第三次,真係就黎做飯堂 。今次晚餐黎食佢地homemade 嘅肉丸,濃濃嘅蕃茄味,肉丸好有口感嚼口,唔係ikea個種,真係實的的好多肉嘅肉丸 。沙律同湯正常,麵包依然咁好味 。今次試海鮮闊條麵,呢到最出名係手工意粉、闊條麵,好有口感~再配埋翠玉瓜,成碟好健康,好fresh 。但鴨白湯手打意粉好食好多!純粹今次試新野今晚最出色係塊牛柳,真係煎得岩岩好,外脆內軟,好juicy,一咬啲肉汁就出哂黎 。唔駛加燒汁就咁原味麵好夠味,好好食 。 continue reading
