朋友話佢學校隔離開咗間意大利餐廳,都幾隱世,叫我去試吓,去到先發現,原來係Attic Handmade Pasta的姐妹店,即刻好想試吓啲嘢食係點樣呢度啲位置都坐得幾舒服,慢慢傾慢慢食,見到set menu 有65折優惠,咁抵即刻要試吓🤩前菜同小食有63°C溫泉蛋配松露忌廉炒雜菌,粗切薯條配松露蛋黃醬同是日餐湯 : 南瓜湯,溫泉蛋時間啱啱好,吉村咗佢之後同松露忌廉醬一齊食,雜菌掛滿醬汁,好好味,餐湯足料,食到有南瓜肉響入面主菜意粉可以任選手打意粉一款: 我哋就揀咗卡邦尼手打意粉,手打意粉一向係出名菜,所以都好期待,果然冇失望,同姊妹店一樣嘅意粉咁好味原本另一個主菜係配巴馬火腿火箭菜薄餅,不過我哋就加$98 升級印度天多利烤雞,烤餅,牛油汁,估唔到印度菜都整得咁好食,份量都好大份,夠晒兩個人食,不過呢個雞有啲辣,唔食得辣嘅朋友仔小心啲揀總括嚟講除咗嘢食好味之外,呢度嘅餐廳氣氛好好,坐低又舒服,如果想同朋友嚟傾吓偈聚會嘅都好啱過嚟

聽朋友說 九龍塘 浸會大學 開了一家隱世西餐廳,質素很高,以前我也是在 浸會大學 唸書的,當然要去試試。說餐廳隱世真的沒錯,位於聯福道吳多泰博士國際中心地下,旁邊一個小招牌,一個小入口,即是路過也未必會留意到。這家餐廳是 Attic Handmade Pasta 的姐妹店,主廚也很出名,然而由於這家餐主要客戶是 浸會大學 的學生及教職員,所以價錢挺便宜的,這天跟朋友兩人吃晚餐,點選了二人套餐,加了百多元 Upgrade,兩人加起枇亦只是 5 百多元埋單,如果不選擇 Upgrade 只是 3 百多元,超抵吃!以質素和份量來說性價比很高。首先是南瓜湯,這是一道很溫暖的湯品,用了新鮮的南瓜和牛奶熬煮,湯汁濃郁順滑,有淡淡的甜味,湯中還加了一些香草、南瓜籽、麵包粒,增加了香氣和口感,讓湯品更有層次。前菜是凱撒沙律,飲品點了一杯熱情果花茶及芒果花茶,茶味不會太濃,突顯了果香。主食方面任選一款手打意粉,我們揀了鴨白湯手打意粉,這是一道很有特色的意粉,用了自家製的手打意粉,意粉的質感彈牙有嚼勁,吸收了湯汁的味道,非常美味。湯汁是用了鴨肉和白酒熬煮,有鴨肉的鮮味和白酒的香氣,而且不會太油膩,很適合配合

餐廳的環境雖然不算太豪華,但非常寬敝舒適,設計也很有歐洲風格,作為一間大學的餐廳,實在非常驚喜。從九龍塘地鐵站走路過去要十多分鐘,也可以跟着學生乖搭綠色小巴,如果開車來的話更方便,後面有錶位,餐廳對面的 浸會大學校舍 有停車場,表面是沒有時租的,但只要你是到餐廳吃飯,就可以泊進去,首三小時的時租只是 12 元,吃完飯之後跟餐廳拿 QR Code 就可以用這個價錢拍八達通出閘,很抵!

風味薯條🍟——薯條香脆,配有兩個醬汁,經典茄汁🥫及秘制的醬汁,完全感受到不一樣的風味。
主食兩款:
蜆肉手打意粉🍝——真材實料大大隻蜆,而且味道鮮甜,意粉味道佳,值得一試。
巴馬火腿薄餅🍕——味道👅偏酸甜,口感開胃哦。
最後食完美食,當然也試試呢度既咖啡☕️,慢慢嘆番杯咖啡,慢慢聊聊天,看看書也是不錯的享受哦。

最後重有兩杯飲品,檸茶不過不失,檸檬新鮮。我果杯係熱杏仁北海道鮮奶,開頭以為同杏仁露會好似,但佢滑好多,重帶有日本奶果種甜味勁正。
最重要係呢個餐真係好抵食,埋單先$427已經加左一。如果係呢頭返工返學想搵地方聚會傾計吹水,呢間真係首選!
