Dinner at Yakiniku Luigi! We got the dinner set from the picture below.They have a lot of sauce variety including truffle ! We started the night with the sandwich of A5 wagyu tartare with caviar and parmesan cheese! This is very refreshing to start the night, the cheese is right balance, doesnt overpower the beef and caviar.We then continue with A5 japanese wagyu sashimi to eat with soy sauce or you can also eat it directly. We started the night with the sandwich of A5 wagyu tartare with caviar and parmesan cheese!
This is very refreshing to start the night, the cheese is right balance, doesnt overpower the beef and caviar.
We then continue with A5 japanese wagyu sashimi to eat with soy sauce or you can also eat it directly. Both are unique and nice in its own way!
We then had the barbecue where we grill Beef rib A5 wagyu, which naturally itself have the umami flavor already without adding any seasoning.
We also have the A5 wagyu steak cube, which was very tender, and with the egg yolk, really make flavorful umami taste, which is really tasty! the two dish here are definitely dishes of the night!
We then had the ox tongue from the US, which is to our nice surprise, very tender, and very flavourful!
We also had the Truth Donburi, which is an amazing rice dish. This have sea urchin, caviar, truffle, egg tolk, beef tartare and rice! combined together it makes an amazing dish, definitely felt really fresh, and very tasty and flavorful at the same time!
We then had the lean part of the beef cooked with its special sauce, garlic cream sauce!
This is really good and the lean part of the beef is still very tender, with the addition of the sauce making it creamy and flavorful!
