This restaurant has an outdoor camping vibe. Upon entering, the first thing you notice is the spacious interior, with just the right amount of distance between tables, maintaining privacy while allowing for conversation. The atmosphere is comfortable, making it a place where you'd want to sit and chat with friends for a long time. For starters, we chose the golden fried chicken cartilage. Each piece was fried to a golden, crispy perfection, incredibly tasty, with a thin layer of crispy skin adding a great texture. This appetizer is not only delicious but also visually appealing.
For the main course, we ordered thick-cut beef tongue. It consisted of five large pieces of beef tongue, each marinated to perfection. We grilled it just right, resulting in an ideal texture for the beef tongue.
The Miyazaki Wagyu beef was also a highlight, including Chabadon, special beef ribs, shoulder triangle, and friend triangle. I personally loved the Chabadon most, which is close to the rib part, with visible fat, smooth texture, and full of flavor.
The friend triangle is the triangle part of the thigh, which has more marbling. We only slightly grilled it, making the texture tender and the oil rich, creating a memorable taste.
The special beef ribs, another one of our main dishes, were thick and balanced in meat and fat. This dish itself has a soy sauce flavor, tender and savory, tempting you to eat more.
The shoulder meat was thick and balanced in meat and fat content. Compared to other parts, it was more tender, had a stronger beef flavor, and was chewy.
Of course, we couldn't miss the Japanese white rice. We ordered two bowls, which, when paired with beef, not only helped to cut the grease but also made us feel full, making the entire dining experience more complete.
