We had a wonderful visit to Watermark!!The vibes and service were perfect! We ordered Oysters and Hamachi Crudo as starters. Both are fresh and surprisingly good!!!! The Dry Aged Cab Beef Sirloin was very impressive, tendered meat, lightly seasoned, yet balanced and rich in flavors! Love it!The Lobster Linguine was so good too. Tiramisu was a decadent treat, so rich in mascarpone cheese, added a little bitterness of espresso. The ladyfingers added a complex texture to the dish! Paired with a house White wine that accentuated the flavors of every dish!
We really like the relaxed ambiance. Attentive service and high quality food are reasons for our return! Look forward to our next visit!
