It is my first time to write OpenRice comment, but I can’t imagine it is for my bad experience to celebrate my birthday. I think Bochord should be a fine dining option to celebrate, and for me it is for my birthday celebration. However, the catering team forgot my birthday even we have remarked, but the rest of guests’ celebration they still remember, so I am wondering a such “fine dining” restaurant can miss customer remark. Please note that, the catering forgot customer preference/ remark can be a big mistake, for example, they reserved a dish with mushroom to a guest with mushroom allergy, do you think it is acceptable? The worst thing is that, even I sent an email to feedback on this issue on 26-Feb, no one even gives me a single response. How come a “fine dining” restaurant can be like that? I am not asking for any compensation, but at least give me an apology/ feedback on it. Really unacceptable!
