I personally love Western cuisine, and I found this place, Cafe 2 Oyster n Grill, in Sai Wan. The Char-grilled US Angus ribeye steak 12oz with roast vegetables had incredibly tender meat, very juicy, and cooked to perfection. It wasn't too tough, and paired with the vegetables, it was refreshing and flavorful.
The Wagyu CheeseSteak Baguette was also delicious. The cheese didn't overpower the aroma of the wagyu beef, which had a lot of marbling and tasted fantastic.
We also ordered a side dish, SEARED SCALLOP. The sauce was very special and paired perfectly with the scallops. The flavor was unique, something I've never tasted anywhere else.Having dinner here was great. I really enjoyed it, and I'll definitely come back next time!
