With candlelight flickering gently on wooden tables, the ambiance is intimate—an ideal spot for date nights or quiet celebrations. The meal began with the Castillo Oysters—fresh, briny, and bursting with ocean flavor. Next came the Garlic Shrimp, perfectly seared with a bold yet balanced garlic aroma, each bite juicy and satisfying. The Wagyu Carpaccio followed, delicate and paper-thin, drizzled with olive oil and a sprinkle of Parmesan, creating a sophisticated harmony of flavors. For the mains, the Strozzapreti Truffle stood out: creamy, aromatic, and indulgently rich, every strand of handmade pasta coated evenly in truffle sauce. The Wagyu Sirloin (10 oz) was equally impressive—tender inside, beautifully charred outside. Each slice melted on the tongue, a celebration of quality beef done right.
