I had a very disappointing experience at TABIÀ that ruined what was supposed to be a special reunion with friends. We had a reservation for 8:30 PM, but when we arrived on time, we were told our table was still occupied and "about to check." After waiting outside for 10 minutes, we were offered wine and a cold-cut platter in the back alley while we waited, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. Despite being told the table was being rushed out, by 9:15 PM—45 minutes past our reservation—there was no update or effort to resolve the situation. The staff offered us another table as a last-minute solution, but after such a long wait, it felt disrespectful.
The lack of management and fairness to guests was shocking. Waiting nearly an hour for a reservation is unacceptable, and it completely ruined the evening. One of our friends even felt unwell due to the delay.
While the restaurant is new, this experience reflects serious issues with how reservations and tables are handled. I hope they improve, but based on this visit, I cannot recommend TABIÀ.
