呢款類似北京填鴨既菜式,先將鴨肉油炸再拆肉,食落特別香脆,充滿鴨油味道,咸香味十足配料有齊哂傳統熱辣辣既餅皮、青瓜、京蔥及鴨醬,可按自己喜好做出哂口味既鴨卷,好正
呢份烤春雞沙律,有半隻油香肉嫩嘅燒雞,食落啖啖肉,好滿足伴碟既沙律菜夠哂新鮮,加左少少黑醋,食落更清爽開胃
我揀個杯叫Suzie Wong,以Gin酒為base,酒味比較濃厚,再混合荔枝及石榴汁,果味香濃,好fresh~
總結
餐廳既裝修夠哂英國格調,播放住柔和既音樂,係呢個環境食飯,確係好寫意舒適~
菜式方面,餐廳將英式烹調手法,與中式食材crossover,都幾有特色~
