Following is another small bite, Kenyan Beans & Green Asparagus Tempura. This is like a healthier version of the truffle fries, instead of using the potato, it has used the beans and asparagus. Its texture is great and definitely amazing to eat with the truffle sauce.

Up next is my favorite dish of the night, Ox Tail Pie with Whipped Meat Sauce. It doesn’t has an outstanding presentation, yet the taste is INCREDIBLEEEE!!! The slightly crunchy pastry is filled with tons of pulled beef, it is juicy and got a strong beef flavor. No doubt that the most significant part of the dish would be the cream sauce on the side, it is made with the meat sauce and it is cold at the same time. The cream sauce will just melt on the hot meat pie and lead out to a richer beef flavor, NAILED IT!!

Soon after the Octopus Rice has been served to the table, the whole dish looks rather appealing. The deep-fried octopus pieces are unexpectedly tender, it is easy to chew and you can savor the octopus flavor. Since there is the bright orange sauce, the rice is a bit moisture with a firm texture. This dish makes use of lots of spices and it is completely flavorsome, non-stop spoon after spoon.

After that will be the Oven Baked Sea Bream Assada, the baked whole fish is totally temping! There are few slices of lemon to erase the fishy taste, thus you are able to savor the fresh and yummy fish taste. Moreover, there are sliced potato at the bottom which have absorbed the essence of the fish, love it~

Another meat dish of the night is Lamb Chops a Mods da Quinta, you can smell a hint of rosemary from far. The lamb chop is quite tender and I like that unique mutton taste of it.

Last by not least is the sweet treat, Pêssego Assado. It is basically a roasted peach with the Portuguese sweet wine, Moscatel and sided with yogurt and pink peppercorns. Personally I think the sweetness is not overload, the sour yogurt can balance the flavor, absolutely perfect to end the night!
