I've had this restaurant on my bucket list for quite some time now, and finally got the chance to dine there for dinner. To start, we ordered the chicken laksa, which was filled with noodles, tofu, fish cakes, and small round pieces of Chinese fried dough stick. The thick and creamy coconut gravy was bursting with flavor, with just the right amount of spice to balance the dish. 👍🏼We also ordered the famous Mandarin Hainan chicken rice, which was incredibly tender and juicy. 🤭The ginger, chilli, and soy sauces added a spicy kick to the dish, while the rice, cooked in chicken broth with a hint of chicken fat, was bursting with flavor. 🥹👍🏼To top off our meal, we indulged in the Coconut Ice Cream Sundae, a beloved dessert in Singapore 🇸🇬
