First time trying @kokoromazesoba.official and it was unbelievably delicious! It is one of the famous ramen shop in Japan and Sha Tin is their 55th branch in the world. We ordered the sea urchin ramen and KOKORO has won the No.1 Lo Mein brand award in Japan for 3 consecutive years. The restaurant makes fresh noodles every day, and the main specialty is Japanese Lo Mein. Each flavor contains more than ten kinds of ingredients, and the portion is huge!
We ordered two bowls with sea urchin flavor. It is limited to 20 bowls per day. If you wanna try it, better to come earlier in case they all sold out! On the table, there was a paper with 4 steps guide.
1) Mix super well
2) Ground Pepper
3) Add Kokoro Vinegar
4) Add rice to bowl
The restaurant gives you different flavor even you order one bowl. I really like the idea and the sea urchin ramen that we ordered was fresh and sweet. The noodles wasn't too hard or too soft, the soup was not salty. Best combination!!
Also, we ordered Hojicha Latte and Matcha Latte. We loved the drinks as it was not too sweet with strong tea flavor! Would love to visit again! CP Value: HIGH!
