一直都好鍾意食撈麵，但係香港好少正宗日式撈麵，朋友介紹，話呢間日式餐廳好出色，咁就一於嚟試吓啦。一嚟到已經見到呢度嘅客人好多，新城市廣場已經咁多好嘢食，但係呢度都坐滿，咁就知道呢度一定好好食啦。本身就係為咗熔岩芝士撈麵而嚟既，一上枱果然冇令我失望呀！賣相好靚好適合打卡，上面嘅一隻蛋簡直係畫龍點睛，朋友唔鍾意食撈麵都忍唔住係咁影相。隻蛋非常流心，拎嚟拌麵啱啱好！除咗流心蛋之外，佢仲有好多芝士同埋肉碎，拎黎撈麵真係一流。除咗蛋之外，佢既面質都好掛汁，鍾意食芝士或者撈麵嘅人都一定要嚟試吓啊。呢間餐廳除咗沾麵好食之外，環境都坐得好舒服，非常推薦大家獨食或者同朋友一齊嚟試吓。

Ordered the matcha parfait and noodles. I pointed to the matcha parfait on the menu and said 要呢個，後上However, to our surprise, the matcha parfait arrived even before the noodles. We told the staff we ordered it 後上 and he took it away.After the noodles, we told the staff 甜品可以上 and the staff took out the matcha parfait from the kitchen within 1 minute.We think that it was the same one they tried to serve us before and we think that they just put it in the fridge because number one they required no preparation time (I don’t think they could have assembled that in such a short time given that it was lunch hour and full house, plus after we ordered and they thought we wanted it immediately, it took around 10 minutes to be served the first time) and the cup was frozen, misted over (as you can see from the photo below) and looked like it was just taken out from the fridge.The ice cream, warabi and mochi all had a frozen and icy texture and watered down the taste. The middle layer was watery and i ate something unknown with the texture of ice there. The only delicious layer was the cheesecake at the bottom.The noodles were extremely flavourful and good if you are craving something 重口味， but the matcha parfait was the worst that I’ve ever had and it is $75😤.

今日過嚟沙田行街，順便食飯，最後揀咗呢間位於新城市廣場一期嘅日式拉麵店，因為朋友話佢未食過想試吓！佢就點咗個正常嘅撈麵，而我就試吓新嘢！點咗個豆乳白味噌拉麵🍜，呢個拉麵好特別啊，個賣相好雪白，豆乳好濃郁，配上充滿彈性嘅拉麵，真係好Juicy😙😙，旁邊仲有啲野菜，包括有蓮藕、紫菜、南瓜同一粒糖心蛋。再加杯柚子抹茶🍵，食完滿足晒。🚩麺屋こころ (沙田)沙田沙田正街18-19號新城市廣場一期7樓704號舖

最近喺沙田發現咗間「麵屋」，佢哋嘅拉麵同飲品都好有特色，啱晒我哋呢啲鍾意試新嘢嘅女仔！首先要推介佢哋嘅紫薯拿鐵，個顏色好靚，影相一流！紫薯味好香濃，加埋香滑嘅牛奶，味道好match，而且唔會太甜，啱晒我呢啲唔鍾意太甜嘅人。飲完一杯，成個人都好滿足！佢哋嘅豆乳白味噌拉麵都好正，個湯底超級濃郁，豆乳嘅香滑同白味噌嘅鹹香mix埋一齊，簡直係絕配！仲有啲油揚(炸豆腐皮)，索晒啲湯汁，好好味！個麵質都好彈牙，整體嚟講好出色！「麵屋」嘅環境都好舒服，簡約日式風格，啱晒同朋友嚟chill下，傾下計。如果你喺沙田行街或者返工，不妨嚟「麵屋」試下佢哋嘅拉麵同飲品啦。
