Dining out released finally after more than 2 months of lockdown after 6pm! For sure, I am going for some quality time and quality food! Having been to Grand Hyatt Steakhouse more than a year ago, I am coming back again 🙃 𝕮𝖔𝖒𝖕𝖑𝖎𝖒𝖊𝖓𝖙𝖆𝖗𝖞 𝖌𝖆𝖗𝖑𝖎𝖈 𝖇𝖗𝖊𝖆𝖉It was served warm and not too oily. This dish definitely comes with a surprised. The waiter asked if you were ready to take pictures 😛 He then pulled the flamed brandy on the foie gras to make a huge flame on it 🔥 BOMB!! Such an eye-catching scene!! Surprisingly, the foie gras was served with seared apricots. The sourness and sweetness of the apricots definitely balance out with the oiliness of the foie gras itself!

The T-bone never failed our expectations. It was perfectly cooked in medium, that kept the tenderness and juiciness of the T-bone steak.

Besides, they got a wide range of mustard for you to choose from! What I got was truffle mustard while my partner went for honey mustard.

There’s some Parmesan cheese on top of the truffle fries, and guys dun underestimate the size of this sides!! Even two cant finish this after the appetizers and main!!

Never too much for dessert! Because we were pretty full after the appetizers and main, we needed some acidity to balance off the heaviness of the meal. This key lim pie was on-point, not too sour but fresh enough to be finished easily.


We also opened a bottle of burgundy from Italty (forgot to take pictures), but that was a full-body one that paired the t-bone so well! Overall, it was a perfect 2-hour to celebrate HAPPY FRIDAY and long-missed dine-out
Definitely coming back soon!!
