Poor booking management

Has booked a table of 5 via Openrice, but the restaurant missed our booking although we had arrived and presented the QR code. We have been put in wait for more than 30 minutes and being told that they overlooked our booking. Very disappointed with their poor management of table booking.Ordered set dinner for 4 people and the Singaporean dishes are good and up to standard. But just disappointed with the table management services.
