Went to this resto the second time for dinner gathering with my friends, since one of them said she missed their cha-siu rice so much🤣. .Here were what we ordered: 1. The cha-siu rice was definitely outstanding and memorable. Having a shiny and roasted surface, the cha-siu was nicely cooked with a crispy texture and slightly sweet flavour. The pig oil and buttery fois gras complemented the rice subtly, while the seaweed and red onions neutralised the greasiness of the meat.

The Australian wagyu looked appetising thanks to its pinky and light colour. Its muscle was finely interspersed, and the wagyu kinda melted in your mouth. Liked how the black garlic gravy enhanced the savoury of the flat rice noodles.

For the veggie we ordered, its seasonal seafood included prawns and squid. The white pepper and white miso broth warmed one's body after having it. It was not that memorable compared to the previous two dishes though.

Decorated with neon lights, figures, etc, the resto appeared to be chill and playful. The staff was attentive as well. Just the food was a bit pricey.
