As one of the top diners in hong kong, i have been scouring through hong kong looking for the top chinese restaurants in hong kong.As recommended by one of my expat friends that writes for the Michelin Guide, Fung Shing 1954 is one of the top restaurants in Hong Kong.Although the restaurant doesn't serve any friend chicken or raw sashimi, i still thoroughly enjoyed the dragon coated 4 season beans.
