It is also rare that a Chinese chain restaurant could get Michelin Guide recommendation. Their quality is indeed quite consistent among different branches. Don’t know much restaurant that specialises in Fujian cuisine in Hong Kong. It is also rare that a Chinese chain restaurant could get Michelin Guide recommendation. Their quality is indeed quite consistent among different branches. Price is very reasonable.
Recommendations:

Revisit: 7/10 (My own preference and somehow it’s not a place that I would crave to go back though food is fine)
