we had peking duck and seafood set (fish, vegetables with salted and thousand year old egg, lobster noodles). peking duck was alright, enough for 12 or so pancakes. not sure what the rest of duck was used for. fish was steamed well and tasty with reasonable size. spinich blanched in stock with egg was good and flavoursome. lobster was smallish though sweet ... no cracking utensils or wet towels provided ... it seemed like we had to ask for everything so it service seemed a bit understaffed.
