This is my second visit to "Cruise", which is quite a nice restaurant for casual and business dinner. The set up here is quite modern, and the view is just stunning... especially in summer time that the sky keeps on changing its colour every minute. ... not only every one was happy with the venue and scenery here, but it turns out to be an excellent choice, not just a wise one ... Value for Money... 
Start the evening by this simple cocktail drink, which is quite a strong one, but covered with a thick sweetener too... so, I was being fooled and quickly into a very nice mood because of the high percentage of alcohol. Be warned...

And here comes the tricky part... there are 4 of us, and when this dish comes, the guests and my partner were so confused on how to share... and just a minute away, 3 other platters comes and so all of us were so surprised with the portion and the nice presentation.

The platter is comprised of a nice variety of tasty items, (1) with the mild taste of light roasted pigeon leg (tender and juicy); (2) and then two shrimp sashimi (quite rich in taste) ; (3) duck meats pastry, chewy and rich in butter taste, (4) beef cheek puff... better to take a small bite of the sugar lime on the plate first ... nice and I thought I can check my bill...

Truly I surrendered already, as I was so full after these 2 courses.. and need some digestion assistant... White or Red... take the White one...
While the Rose was for the ladies... and I make a special call too... telling the manager on the floor that to slow down anything from the kitchen... we just need a short break...

And the break was around 30 mins, and we can then meet the Winner of the Night... and luckily that we did have some drinks and take the time, as this is not a cup of tea, but a nice, very nice pot of Chicken Essence Soup... perfect to wake every body up, but we all think that it is a perfect dish to slow us down... so hot and with a mild taste ... and you can find out more in the after taste... feeling so warm... we wish to drink a more cup, but only 2 of us can have this privilege ...

Great venue with parking facility, and view is always open and beautiful... Food with no disappointment at all, and the bill is the surprisingly part... $588 per head... Go for it...
