Pork soup rice was okay. Soup was quite good and there were around 8-10 thin pieces of pork. Was expecting this amount of pork but it would be better if they could provide us an add-on option for more meat. They did have a separate menu item for pork meat but it was $80 and it was 9 thin pcs of meat only as I saw at other’s table. Glad that I didn’t order it.Seafood pancake totally disappointing. Seafood pancake totally disappointing. It was like the 薄罉 that we normally have in 茶樓. A lot of potato starch was used and the seafood was mostly squid. Unlike the real Korean pancake which are crispy and thin, this one was thick and tenderly chewy. Not sure if they adjusted the recipe according to HKer’s taste but I think people would like a crispier pancake with more seafood+leek and less starch.
Not authentic Korean food so I guess that’s why I didn’t see any Korean customers. Hope they can improve.
