watermark is somewhere i have been longing to try, because there is a watermark in sydney which is very good and deep down i was hoping it's expanded to hk. but we found out from the staff the boss is canadian, so it's only a coincidental name.it took us a while to find the entrance, because it's on upper deck level of pier 7. the receptionist greeted us nicely and gave us a table close to the window. so we ordered a confit duck and a rib eye as mains, and had the buffet appetizers, and baked ap

so we ordered a confit duck and a rib eye as mains, and had the buffet appetizers, and baked apricot as dessert. the food wasn't bad at all, but the buffet had nothing covered, so there were flies flying in and out of the dishes.
however the waiter who served us was the problem. his attitude was appalling, he was rushing us to order and then took the entree cutlery away after our first dish, so we had to ask them back. that had much affected our mood to finish the lunch, and thus there are hesitations for me to recommend the restaurant to my friends. again if we only count the food, it's definitely worthy to try.
oh one my point to note, every time there's a ferry passing, the restaurant will float, so if you have serious sea sick, think twice before going
