It’s been a while since I last visited an omakase restaurant, so I decided to satisfy my cravings today. I opted for the Lunch Omakase at $498 per person, which included a salad, chawanmushi, four types of sashimi, eight types of sushi, a hand roll, Japanese omelette, miso soup, and dessert. I particularly enjoyed the Engawa, which was lightly torched before serving, making it rich and fatty in flavour.
Apart from the omakase, they also offer à la carte items. My friend tried the grilled pork belly rice bowl, which was generously portioned and the pork belly was perfectly grilled. It was really satisfying..
