Long time no met my friend and she went all the way to Wan Chai to have lunch with me. .I ordered Toripaitan Ramen, which consisted of slow-braised chashu, slow-braised chicken, soft boiled egg, seaweed, green onion, bamboo shoot, pea sprouts, red bell pepper and ramen. The chicken broth was rich and creamy, and the yolk of the soft boiled egg was right on point runny. The texture of the ramen was thin. She got Premium Tokyo Mazesoba, which included slow-braised chashu, raw egg yolk, spicy minced meat, soft boiled egg, seaweed, green onion, chives, bamboo shoot, seaweed flakes, minced garlic, grinded saba fish and multi-grain noodle. Not sure about the flavour, but the portion did look huge. The resto gave out some instructions on how one shd mix the noodles with the ingredients and sauce.

Quite a popular resto so one needs to line up earlier in order to get the seats. The place was bright and looked decent, so it was comfy to have meals there. It was quite pricey though.
