We had dinner at Billow Restaurant. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations for the cuisine because the restaurant seemed to be all on instagramming and their "unique" lakeside location.We were glad we had made a reservation because the restaurant appeared to be very busy. We ordered Duck Breast, Pulled Beef Risotto, and White Wine Clams after taking a seat. I was pleasantly surprised; the food quality was comparable to that of a Western restaurant in Central or anywhere on Hong Kong Island, and the serving sizes were more generous.
The pulled beef risotto is my favorite since it has such a unique flavor combination.
Their coffee was also delicious (hazelnut latte and rose latte). The coffee was tasty, however the cups were little and expensive for the amount we received.
Overall, it was a pleasant afternoon spent in a large restaurant with a unique atmosphere in Hong Kong (away from the crowded and cramped restaurant experience you will mostly have.)
