My favourite routine is finding a cafe, order a coffee , give the coffee a photoshot(相機食先😆）, then chill for an afternoon . ESPRESSO TONICLike the expresso tonic ~ dilute the expresso flavour, taste like coffee flavour soda, citrusy and fresh,has a slight fizz from the tonic water.AFFOGATOEspresso • Ice cream(2 scoops)It’s a coffee, n a dessert as well!fun to see n play with affogato, pouring the hot expresso on the Vanilla ice cream, n seeing it melting ~ Still need some main food to go. The Soufflé is quite soft ,tall and have a fluffy and airy texture, almost like a mini super soft sponge~ Chantilly cream pour on top, Fresh strawberries, Strawberries crispy for decor~
LINGUINE WITH SMOKED SALMON CASHEW NUTS AND PESTO SAUCE
Taste creamy with pesto sauce, cashew nuts pair well with smoked salmon ~
adding on 🥑 n half boiled egg ~
