Served on our table was a theatrically huge carabinero prawn that spanned across the entire plate. We excitedly squirted all the condensed essences out from the head, making the glistening strands of aldente, bisque-coated tagliolini even fresher and brinier.
The Butcher’s Cut 🥩
The black angus sirloin tagliata was beautifully pink. Minimal condiments as simple as some sea salt flakes were enough to let the beefy flavors take the limelight.
