I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pandan Leaf Indonesian Restaurant in Causeway Bay, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. One of the standout dishes I tried was the Satay Chicken. The chicken was incredibly tender and cooked to perfection. Each skewer was bursting with flavour, thanks to the well-balanced marinade that complemented the succulent meat. It was a true delight to savour each bite, and I couldn't help but appreciate the expert cooking techniques employed by the talented chefs.
Another highlight of my meal was the Padang Beef. I must confess that I believe it could easily be the best Padang Beef dish in all of Hong Kong. The beef was exquisitely seasoned, and the flavours were nothing short of exceptional. What impressed me the most was the tenderness of the meat—it practically melted in my mouth. The dish showcased the culinary mastery of the chefs, and I couldn't help but be thoroughly impressed.
To add a touch of indulgence to my meal, I decided to try the Cheese Fried Chicken. While the chicken was freshly cooked and boasted a delightful crispiness, I do feel that it would have benefited from a bit more cheese. Nevertheless, the dish was still enjoyable, and the chicken itself was flavorful and well-prepared. It served as a tasty addition to the overall dining experience.
