I went to Tst to try this famous Korean restaurant Ssal Bori Ssal in which you can see quite a lot of Korean customers, making you feel as if you’re in Korea. With its comfortable atmosphere and a wide variety of Korean dishes, it’s no wonder there are often long lines outside. Unlike other thick Korean pancakes, this one is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. You can see from the photos that it is filled with different seafoods esp. the 🐙 enriches the texture.

There are several types of stews available to choose from, such as pork stew, kimchi stew, fishcake stew.......
I want something light so I chose Korean seafood tofu stews.
It is flavorful featuring a spicy, savory broth brimming with umami, thanks to the inclusion of fresh seafood. Silken tofu adds a creamy texture, balancing the heat of the broth. It is served bubbling hot in a stone pot which makes it the perfect choice that warms both the body and soul 🥰
🥢Cheese kimchi fried rice
The foundation is perfectly cooked rice stir-fried with tangy, fermented kimchi, which adds a spicy kick and depth of flavor. Topped with generous amounts of cheese, melting into the rice, creating a rich, gooey texture that balances the heat of the kimchi.
🥢Egg roll
The egg roll got a soft and tender texture and a subtle sweetness that highlights the freshness of the eggs.
When topped with salad dressing and ketchup, it adds layers of flavor and is super refreshing!
