Was looking for some local food for lunch and stumbled upon Mr. Tin HK Cuisine specializing in HK style fish balls and braised beef.Beef Brisket, had a slightly firm and chewy texture with strong meat flavor. Beef Brisket, had a slightly firm and chewy texture with strong meat flavor. Good amount of fat which made the meat more juicy. The beef and radish had well absorbed the flavor of the spices. Even better to enjoy with the chili sauce! Large portion.
Shrimp Dumpling, served steaming hot in a savory soup, was a mixture of not only minced pork and shrimp but also black fungus and mushrooms. Layered with various textures. Smooth dumpling wrapper.
The staff was also very friendly which I didn't expect in a small local restaurant. Fair prices. Worth trying!
