We ordered 𝘾𝙚𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙝𝙚 𝙏𝙪𝙣𝙖 𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙨𝙖 and 𝙂𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙞𝙘 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙣𝙨 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙩 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙁𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙞𝙖 𝙏𝙤𝙖𝙨𝙩, pairing with their signature drink 𝙋𝙀𝘼𝙍𝘼𝘿𝙄𝙎𝙀 which was a refreshing and sophisticated choice. Infusion of pear and milk-washed Italicus. It reminded me the classic Chinese dessert 冰糖燉雪梨 🍐𝙅𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙎𝙩𝙮𝙡𝙚 𝙍𝙞𝙨𝙤𝙩𝙩𝙤 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙄𝙨𝙤𝙮𝙖𝙠𝙞 𝘼𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙈𝙪𝙨𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙢 - such a unique twist on a classic dish!
