📍六福Michelin One Star Restaurant 🌟Loads of seafood restaurant at Sai Kung but the only trustworthy one is 六福. Their lobster two ways was my favorite of the night. The tail was stir fried and the head was used to cook a broth. Love adding rice crispy into the broth, loads of crunch and pack full of taste. Loads of seafood restaurant at Sai Kung but the only trustworthy one is 六福.
Their lobster two ways was my favorite of the night. The tail was stir fried and the head was used to cook a broth. Love adding rice crispy into the broth, loads of crunch and pack full of taste.
The mud crab was meaty but I still think the crabs that we eat nowadays lack a crab flavor that we used to have. Not the restaurant’s issue though. This is a comment for all crabs nowadays.
Have to order their fried oyster every time as it’s always amazing with just a thin layer of airy batter. The oyster inside is still very juicy.
Their seafood stew is with a good consistency that you can have a few bowls. Special recommendation is their 椒鹽炸豆腐. The best that I have ever had.
