Fixed my laksa cravings at the dining ground and left with a happy tummy. My bowl of pork collar laksa was delicious, the broth was tasty and in go a mix of rice noodles and egg noodles. Pork necks were extremely tender and juicy, toppings included green beans, bean sprouts, soft boiled egg, and a couple of very delicious tofu puffs- they were so good after soaking in the laksa soup. Needed to have my daily intake of dietary fibre, here’s a huge portion of belacan stir fried water spinach. Extremely crunchy and fresh, together with some savoury shrimp paste sauce. The best part is the serving size, that’s even bigger than my home cooked meals. Honestly a good deal!
