Went shopping at the Tung Chung outlets but didn't wanna settle for expensive mall chain restaurants. Looked up google maps and spotted the newly opened Hidden Heat.To my surprise, this restaurant not only provides Sichuan cuisine but also hot pot and grill!We went for the grill option. Most meat dishes were only $68 with a good portion. Seafood like mussel and oyster were also available. Served with chili powder, cumin powder, salt, pepper and minced garlic. My favorite was no doubt grilled lam

Strawberry smoothie and mango smoothie - refreshing and balanced sweetness. Thirst-quenching.
Barwang the Wall Chardonnay 2021 - fresh notes of peach and citrus. Good acidity.
Osmanthus jelly topped with mango - comforting treat after eating lots of meat.
Fair prices, attentive staff, comfy seats. Would revisit for the spicy dishes!
