Went to Kyoto Joe for lunch due to its buy two get one free offer. We ordered Three set lunches (sashimi, neki toro, grilled cod) My friends and I all think the venue is better then their previous location. This California Tower location is more spacious with a nice view and the food portions are bigger. Price is reasonable even before the offer. Service was great too. The waiter came to let us know there is a buy two get one free offer.
