Food so so , Bad service

We came as a group of 5, 4 adults 1 kid. We booked at 1pm, but when of us sat down, it’s already 1:15pm as a couple of us were late and only arrived 1:15pm. Then we had to wait for a long time to order our drinks , first drink only arrived at 1:25pm (it’s supposed to be a 2 hour free flow but their last order was at 2:30pm for both food and drinks ), so really we only ate and drank for an hour . Service is very slow and unfriendly . It’s an unlimited order of rolls , sashimi , and yakitori + one

Service is very slow and unfriendly . It’s an unlimited order of rolls , sashimi , and yakitori + one main. Most of the food we ordered didn’t come , and even when they came they just offload to your table and didn’t tell you what they were. So we weren’t sure what kind of rolls we were eating . We are a total of 4 people so each time we did try to order quite a lot of food but the waitress ( English speaking Filipino ) and another chubby Chinese guy gave us dirty look saying 8 pieces of chicken skewers ? But we are a group of 4, so each person having 2 pieces of chicken skewers aren’t a lot . Thus, food took ages to come , so overall, we were still hungry when we left as their last order was 2:30pm and we only small amount of food . Food quality is also so so only. Quality is like the cheap food stalls ... So at 3pm, they told us we had to leave because the restaurant is closed , but one of our friends managed to negotiated with them and they gave us one more round of drinks ( they think they are doing us a favour but that’s called service that they should know ). We have been to free flow Sunday brunch everywhere , Hutong , Zuma, Duddells, La Rambla , all of them are very friendly and generous on food and drinks . Kyoto Joes is the worst so far , and I will never go back.
