I've dined in 3 times and taken out a dozen times. I find they are very consistent.Food is always tasty, and I have no qualms with takeout. Dining in though is another issue. Their utensils, plates are always consistently dirty. I've pointed it out to the staff and they replaced it with utensils that were just as dirty. It's like eating in a cha chaang teng where you need to wash the utensils, plates and bowls yourself. There were remnants of ketchup stains in one of our bowls.Similarly you will

Similarly you will notice a lot of crumbs on their chairs (and I'm making this comment after eating breakfast...hate to see what it's like later on in the day. Floor also doesn't look like they clean it even daily. I have to say amongst all the restaurants in HK I've eaten in inside a major shopping mall it's by far the dirtiest.
