Originally, I planned to name this comment as "Westernization of Chinese Dim Sums". I have then decided to give credit to my friend who came here with me, who is moving overseas for good and for a new page of life! She said she would definitely miss the Chinese food in Hong Kong when she is abroad. As stated in my gourmet introduction, I love shrimp dumplings (i.e. Har Gau) a lot. As a first time diner here, I have no hesitation ordering one of their signature dishes, Truffle Har Gau!

The skin of the dumpling is filled with truffles and the shrimp taste is imbedded with an after-taste.

The foie gras are put on top of the eggs, with some sea salt placed at the side for diners' use.
Caviar on top of the foie gras. The dish is very fulfilling although the portion is not big.
Rice rolls are common dishes in Chinese restaurants, and the creativity of this shop is also demonstrated in this Crispy Rice Rolls with squid and the chinese ingredient (響鈴)

While my friend is on diet, she declared not to eat any carbohydrates. I said I need some soup and carbohydrates in order to fill my stomach and not to crave for food in the middle of the night. I ordered the Udon soup in Rock fish soup, and she is responsible for drinking the soup!

We wish we could have a bigger stomach for the desserts. While we were too full, we hoped to come back again for desserts if my friend comes back to visit HK again!
