Sakurada Japanese Restaurant @royalparkhotelhk is recently serving up their Baby Lobster Sashimi–Sakura Afternoon Tea Set (HKD688 for 2 pax), infusing an array of cherry blossoms-themed desserts and seasonal refreshments to satisfy your taste buds. The baby lobster sashimi was the highlight, it tasted fresh, light and a bit more toothsome. Fantabulous! Exactly my cup of tea. Some sushi items included sweet shrimp with sea urchin sushi, Botan shrimp with cod fish roe sushi, and shrimp with sesame roll. All seafood items were so fresh with quality rice. Also, you won't be disappointed with their delicate and beautiful presentation.
