First thing first, the food was good, but we were prepared for a promised semi-buffet to celebrate Christmas. We would very much have preferred the promised semi-buffet where we could choose and pick our own portions.

It is part of the experience to do semi-buffet. You can't promise the customers that there is one, have them prepay and arrive to find that there's no buffet. That's straight false advertisement. The staffs didn't give us a solution either besides from apologising.
