After taking a stroll around Central Pier, we decided to elevate our evening by dining at WATERMARK , a stunning restaurant located on the upper floor of Star Ferry Pier 7. We enjoyed an incredible selection of dishes that showcased the restaurant’s commitment to premium ingredients. The Heirloom Tomato salad was a fresh start, followed by the creamy Beetroot & Burrata Mousse that was simply divine. The Hamachi Crudo was delicate and flavorful, setting the stage for the rich Beef Cheek that melted in our mouths.
For our main courses, the Patagonian Toothfish was a highlight, alongside the succulent M7 Wagyu Flat Iron Steak that truly impressed us with its tenderness. The Iberico Pork was another standout, bursting with flavor.
To round off our meal, we indulged in a selection of desserts: the light and airy Cheesecake, the beautifully poached Pear, classic Tiramisu, and the tropical Mango Coconut Pavlova. Each dessert was a perfect finale to an extraordinary dining experience!
