The soup together with black truffle and cinnamon butter croutons and diced pumpkin bites inside, gave the dish a well blended flavors. The waitress poured the pumpkin soup in front of you, making sure it's hot enough when you drink it.
The texture of black truffle and the butter croutons is quite special. The soup is rich and creamy.
